The Process after a War is based partly upon my two books about war crimes in Kosovo 1998-99. In addition to the war crimes stories and interviews the filmmaker takes up the issue “why aren’t the responsible international bodies dealing with war crimes as other crimes are dealt with”. Different organizations elaborate over the question from the filmmaker.

From 2012 Josef Martinsen has been working on a plan for Public presentation of The Trilogy about Kosovo 1998-99 both (the two books and the film) in Serbia and Kosovo. Martinsen is currently living in Belgrade.
